lost all my id when applying for birth certificate cant getone cause I need a id can't get Id cause I have no

I live in vegas all id was actullay stolen my birth certifcate is in chicago but when appling on line they want copy of id which I dont have. my drivers license is from wisconsin and exspired so thats a dead end as far as getting a duplicat, any suggestions

start from the beginning.....right after you report the loss to the
P.D. in Vegas.....You may not have lost anything, it could be
identity theft.....

now, get a duplicate of your birth certificate, then apply for your
drivers license and so forth..

the other answer is right,you have to file for a birth certificate,you can do this by getting a personal request from someone who knows you,have it notarized,and send the request to the hospital in Chicago,you can use your Social security # for reference also
