Sperm can survive for several days -- typically two or three -- inside a woman's body. Under ideal circumstances, however, they may remain viable for up to five days. So if sperm are deposited early -- such as during a woman's period -- they can hang around a few days, waiting until conditions are right for conception. So YES you can get pregnant!!

It is very very unlikely to get pregnant. You have about a .1% chance of getting pregnant. And if your someones who periods last like a week then there's a very good chance that your not pregnant, but if its shorter like three days or so then you have about a .9% chance or so. I don't think you'll become pregnant.
