You just thought you had control but the filibuster is going to haunt you now and if the filibuster don't get ya the veto pin will. LMAO Remember all those filibusters when Bush tried to put some moral judges in.

Yes this is true. Another thing that needs to be looked at is the fact every bill has to go to the Senate. Once in the Senate there is little chance of it passing. This is going to be a long hard row to hoe for all Americans whether Democrat or Republican.

Its part of being a senator. You won't see me cry about it. Unlike some conservatives I could mention mainly all of them. It is also the right of the president to veto. These are good things meant not to let one party get to much control unlike what happened the last 6 years.

I don't remember Bush nominating any "moral" judges. I do remember him nominating quite a few far right nutjobs.
