Police involvement maybe the answer...but for a different reason. This woman maybe in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease or Dementia (in which case she is not responsible for her behavior) or be improperly taking her medications causing psychiatric symptoms. The police can involve social services, who can see that the woman receives the proper attention. It may help to suggest this. I would also call the local version of the Humane Society about the animals. Good Luck!

Try calling animal control on her. If it smells and all, then the police will take the pets away and maybe get her in trouble with the law. The next best thing to do, is have everyone look out for each other in the neighborhood. If someone sees her in another persons yard then call the police and say shes trespassing, soon or later she'll have to stop or the law will make her.

I don't know how you annoyed you are that she comes over but you might want to tell her about the special diet that the other person was talking about. As far as her climbing the fence you really should call somebody, Not the cops because given that she does to the whole neighbourhood she may not see it as wrong. Maybe there is somebody else that's legally responsible for her? And definately call animal control if she has way too many pets at her house and can't/doesn't take care of them properly.

Honestly it sounds like she has psychiatric issues. If you've got a video camera, try to catch her on tape doing it, call the cops, and file trespassing charges. Then you can get a court order telling her to stay out of your yard. If she violates the court order, she gets arrested. And maybe animal control will take a look at her house too, she may be a hoarder, which is a mental illness that she may need professional help with.

Set up a video with the date/time showing on the video to record her trespassing then after several incursions take the video in to the police. Or just move.Trying to use anything other than reason against an old lady will be seen as a lose/lose situation.

Wow sounds like she needs some help, I feel bad for your poor dogs and the other dogs. Um well first keep you're dog inside when you're out and call the police, I would say call the aspca but I'm not sure that's really necessary.

tell her your dogs are on a special diet and she is making them puke all over you house. Make her think she is hurting not helping your dogs. put up no trespassing signs and call the police. they should be able to go have a chat with her. if she has broken your fence it is at least vandalism and if you know for sure she is the one that broke it have it fixed and send her a bill.

really call the cops, tell them you have an annoying neighbor that doesn't want to stay out of your yard and keeps feeding your dogs. they will come out and talk to her, it is their job. PS: make sure she doesn't poison your dogs after this!

Tell her you'll call the cops and have her arrested for trespassing? You probably really could have a cop come over and knock on her door & talk to her - might scare her enough.
