Only covalent bonds form double and triple bonds usually they are found with C, O, S and N. Ionic bonds involve a complete transfer of electrons. They can bond with more than one atom but they don't form double or triple bonds.

For an ionic double bond, how about Magnesium oxide. Mg is usually a +2 and oxide oxygens are -2. MgO would need a "double ionic bond" between the Magnesium and the Oxygen.

Attempt to find the possible "triple ionic bond" are all failures. For example the bonds in Boron (III) nitride or Aluminum (III) nitride are not ionic, but covalent in nature.

I do not know if Iron (III) nitride [FeN] might be an example.
