i took a harddrive out to put a other one in and it reads on the screen file ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded the error code is 7 non-system disk or disk errors please can anyone help me please urgent

There is a high probability there is a conflict with your BIOS.
I suggest you go to this website and follow the directions there.

Your RAM has got corrupted or become damaged or your computers BIOS settings need to be changed
