w/ the inception of the internet, computer buying, and less need to venture out of the house; our american society is heading in the direction of more and more individual isolation, thus introversion.

Introversion - easy answer. Do you know the average on the number of hours Americans watch television in a day - it's something like 8 hrs so - obviously - people are not socializing during those 8 hrs - they are being fed garbage and fantasy instead of interacting with real people.

erratic iconography with rapid changes in tempo, the itemization of focus appears in media images , however it should be noted that there is more dissemination of information, albeit without focus sometimes, health awareness could use a boost , geopoliticaly the U.S. is in an Extroverted political phase because of 9/11 the rest of the world seems to be in introverted denial. technology has made us much more introverted due to technology. In a weird, incomplete assosciation sort of way, society is evolving to be more connected but in less personal ways. my humanities teacher used to laugh about when he went to night class and everyone had an ipod...everyone would come out of their "iBubble" when class started. this is a way we have become more Introvered. But, no matter how much we may ignore others while listening to mp3 players...our society, with its internet addiction has become very connected. we can email, post tons of info on myspace, send everyone our pictures from our cell phones and cameras, text message, instant message etc etc. so while we are beoming more connected all the time, we are increasingly becoming "half-connected." we may text message someone all the time, but we are still not with them talking. we may send someone pictures of our vacation but never talk about it. society is viewing all our technologies as substitutes for real communication. we are thinking that instant messaging is just as good as really talking to someone. so while ppl are increasingly connected by technology, we are beoming trapped in our electronic bubbles. these bubbles are connected by technology but increasingly making us introverted

Extraversion ... in that people want to be who they are rather than what society EXPECTS of them, and, in so doing, hopefully accepted for who they are ... rather than what society expects of them.

Your question is incoherent, as the allele frequency for these traits could have not changed enough over time to be significant.
