A few weeks ago i pulled out this fishing line type of blond hair our of my dark brown hair. It was sticking straight up and it was longer than the rest of my head. Today I was scratching my back and i felt another hair only this time it was like 3 inches long!!!! I have no hair on my back whatsoever. Why are they blond? And why do they keep poppin up? When i was little id get long ones on my right (face cheek). Any ideas?

They are probably white rather than blond. I don't know why these long, stiff, white hairs pop up now and then, but I've even had them in my eyebrows. I can't tell you the cause, but I can tell you it happens to other people, too. Just pluck them when they appear.
