Sounds like colostrum. I will go away in a few days and the milk will let down. Boy it is pressure city from there. Try binding your breast with a binder. It is a large ace bandage. I'm shocked they didn't give you one when you left the hospital.

It is probably your colostrum, which is the first milk to come in. If you are not breastfeeding you want to be careful about stimulating your breasts or you will continue to make milk. So don't squeeze your breasts and try not to sleep on your stomach or very far over on your side for a couple of weeks.

Normally, your first milk called colostrum is a thick yellowish milk rich in antibodies and the longer you breastfeed the milk is also changing in color and consistency, and we call it a hind milk.

If you just had a baby, you'll probably leak for a week or better. Just try to keep your breast out of the warm water of a shower, keep them bound tight (I wore a tight sports bra). Try not to stimulate them AT ALL. The more stimulation they have, the longer it will take for them to dry up.
Now, I have to say to all those who are criticizing you for not breatfeeding....STICK IT!! The question wasn't about weather or not she should breastfeed. She didn't need your opinion and judgements. Just answer the question to the best of your ability and leave your opinions out, or don't answer it at all.

It is your colostrum still coming out. Your baby's perfect first food filled with antibodies to make sure your little one stays healthy and grows. Your baby should be drinking that!! If you have the milk, why aren't you breastfeeding???? At least for a while anyways.
