Lets not forget that most times the rims are ugly. You just have to consider the type of people who do it. There not famous for being smart. Lets not forget stupid seems to be the in thing right now.

i see that alot,strange people putting 35 inch glossy rims on like a 84 corrola station wagon,and usually cars pre 1990 are the ones i see with big rims...i seen a ford taurus today with peeling green paint and american racing stickers on every window,it looked like it had 14 inch plastic walmart rims that spin,and it had a glasspack muffler,when he pulled away i couldnt stop laughing,it sounded so stupid and looked dum too..i feel sorry for whoever has to drive that

I know right? They pay more for the rims than the whole car! Glade I'm not the only one who thought that.

You know, It must be some sort of status symbol. These people are usually lower middle class or less. They survive on very little and some on assistance. But they will spend what little money they have on these types of luxuries, just to have something to make them feel better about themselves. Sad, very sad to be in that situation.
