It would be better to ask the question...what is influence.
Which would be anything that can sway a person or convince them to do something or change their view of somethihng.

I would than answer your question of what is not influence as........an unspoken word, unopened book, an unread letter.


And really.....as far as english speaking goes.....I don't think you have worded the question in a way an englilsh speaking person would. "is not as" -- we don't put words together like that.
Again, the question might be better asked in your own language.
