Well we've been TTC and are eating healthy, taking my vitamins, using OPK, and this month we tried Preseed. So now we are waiting to see if I am pregnant.... just waiting, waiting waiting........ and waiting! Any ideas on how to make the time past! I wanna know if I am now!! Also if I am not, are there any extra tips out there? (we've been to a fertility doc and we are good to go). Also I today I have had this weird tightening feeling around my uterus today.... it felt so strange. I dunno if that means anything, but I dont wanna get my hopes up.... Well thanks for taking the time for reading and responding! It is greatly appreaciated! (any rude comments/replies will be reported)

If you are taking all the prenatal vitamins and eating healthy food i would recommend adding bee pollen and royal jelly in your diet. Bee pollen does miracles in any one....they improve the progesterone levels and there by creating a congenial environment for conception. That is about preparing your body.....do your part of research on bee pollen and you will be impressed , but buy it from good dealers....don't buy cheep Chinese imports. It is best when not heated and processed.Your husband can have a lot of pumpkin seeds that helps ....Bee pollen is good for your husband too....
Once you are hormonally ready for Motherhood .....the next challenge is identifying your most fertile days. There is microscope available at Walgreen's a very small ovulation kit...i don't remember the brand name ....but it uses saliva to test the ovulation and it can be reused.......so do it every day and identify the most fertile days and indulge in sex and it is advisable that the wife lie down on her back with a pillow under her bums and after the ejaculation lie down with the pillow for at least 20 min.
This is a tried and tested method and this should help you if don't have any fertility issues.A little bit of meditation or yoga can control the anxiety and there by create a positive frame of mind
Good luck.......let me know when you get pregnant......prayers for you

Oh I know how you feel! Been TTC for just over 12 months and I also find it hard not to think about it ALL the time!
Some things I do when I realise I am stressing too much about it:
*Read a book (something that doesnt have any babies or pregnancy mentioned in it! So thats when I pull out old faves I havent read in ages!)
* Clean out my wardrobe - it can be a mindless task, or it will make you seriously think about the last time you wore that top and if its really worth keeping! LoL
* Clean the house/garden/garage/car.....any of those crappy chores you tend to just neglect when your time is spent charting and taking HPTs etc etc...
*Sometimes I find shopping helps, but as there seems to be a baby boom around here at the moment I see them all out and just end up feeling horrible...so I find ways to stay busy at home till I know for sure.
Hope this helps and good luck when you take the test

Well you could test, test, test! But that doesn't always make things better.. Uhm.. try doing other things. I know its hard, when i was ttc i would just sit around and think.. and every little thing (such as an upset stomach or being tired) would make me think i was! It was horrible.. waiting. You could try answering people's questions on here :) Thats what i do when my husband is in Iraq or training.. tightening could be, but my first sign was extra discharge (sorry if tmi). I didn't get sore boobs until i new for a week or two! GOOD LUCK and i hope you find something to occupy that evil time!

I'm in the same boat and have been giving other women advice to relax and keep busy...God it's hard to take your own advice. I know fopr me, it's so nice to know that you're not alone out there. I try and take comfort in that. I find that I've been staying later at work just to keep my mind of getting pregnant. It's when I'm home and sitting around and relaxing that I can't relax because my mind starts going. Every time I feel something different going on in my body, I can't help think maybe... What's worked for me is keeping busy in way, shape, or form! I've cleaned out a few closets already. I'm going for organizing kitchen cabinets next. It doesn't fully stop my wishful thinking, but it does pass the time. I wish you all the best!

Don't sweat it. My husband and I have been trying for 3 years. It's tough going and people that say, "It will happen when the time is right.", either don't get it or already have children. Take this time to think about how much your life will change and all the happiness that's in your future. And read a good book!

So i guess all that there is to say is Good Luck! and if you are not pregnant now try like monkeys in the middle of your cycle that seemed to work for us. So your period ends on say March 1st try like crazy from March 2nd on...lol Best of luck to you

I was told my an ancient medicine woman from a friend's tribe to drink herbal tea. I don't know if it helped us but we have a beautiful baby girl so I will be using the tea again. Good Luck

Don't have sex as much, it may lessen the chances. Trying to figure out the days you can get pregnant will help your chances. Good Luck!
