Old timers! Anyone remember the cartoon "Spunky and Tadpole? Racked my brains for thirty years and can't rem"

I know it was on afternoon kid show sometime in the late 50's early 60's. What were the charactures and what was the story line.
Must have been the late 60's that caused my laps of memory.

I used to watch it and also find I can't picture them.

I keep seeing Gumby and pokey in my mind.

They just weren't memorable
