Neo has the power to manipulate matter.

Clark Kent has flight, superdspeed, heat vision, super breath, x-ray vision, super-hearing, and invulnerability (these are his present powers, not all the powers of him as Superman).

Peter Petrelli, so far, has time manipulation, flight, invisibility, healing, telekenises, and telepathy, and the power to copy others abilities.

I'd say Neo because though Peter could copy his abilities, Neo has more experience and wisdom.

First off....Neo is a wash. Either the confrontation takes place within the Matrix and in that case, he'd be borderline godlike (bullet-time speed, flight, near-invulnerability, raising the freaking *dead* and that matter control....not to mention *kung fu*), while the other two would be clueless and have no idea what was going on...or most likely....

the other two would catch Neo "unplugged" and powerless (Yep, going more by the first two films, wherein Neo can't do anything in reality without really wrecking himself).

So scratch Keanu there...sorry....

As for Clark Kent, versus Peter Petrelli....assuming there wouldn't be any sort of "editorial license" types of things going on (no kryptonite involved, nobody gets nuked)...

CK wins. He's an *alien* and it's been established at the very least that the DNA is *very* different from the human norm, never mind anything Petrelli would encounter in his own world. And since the power-mimicking thing happens automatically....

Peter Petrelli ends up involuntarily trying to copy Clark's powers as they come up, and in the process ends up repeatedly maiming himself as his DNA just *can't make it work*, keeping up with *who knows what* genetic processes pass for a Kryptonian metabolism. At best, Petrelli survives long enough to become a Bizarro for a few minutes, but eventually his tortured genome would melt down, and if he didn't recall the healing right, he'd end up looking like a Microwaved Peep (tm) before Young Mr. Kent could even *do much*.

Sorry. -__- I don't like it either, as I don't even *watch* Smallville so much, whereas I watch _Heroes_ regularly, and was *nuts* about the Matrix movies. But...I did read a lot of comics when I was younger, and yeah.....alien DNA is usually too much for a *genetic* power-mimic to deal with.

No telling what a freak like *Sylar* would do with CK though. Assuming his (Sylar's) recent error doesn't get him killed. (no spoilers here, move on...)

Hope this helps, and thanks for your time! ^_^

It depends if the powers maifest within the Matrix. If it is oustide then it would be Peter Petrelli. You have to remember that Superman's strength and speed is mainly because he is from a planet with stronger gravity(So they are not exactly superpowers). Any other powers can be adapted by peter because they require absorbtion of a Yellow Star's Rays. Therefore, Peter would not have as many powers. Neo's powers outside the Matrix is If inside then It would be Neo because no matter how powerful peter and Superman are Neo's ability to manipulate the Matrix gives him an absolute victory.

We need to end all of the debates and just pettition the Video Game Industry to create a Superhero/Supervillian smackdown in the style of Streetfighter 2 and Mortal Kombat(though not as gory).

I think that it's pretty clear, in the Matrix, Neo is God or something similiar, outside the Matrix is another matter.

Clark Kent is Superman, or at least he was Superman until Smallville reduced him to Clark Kent.

Peter Petrelli is Rogue withour her looks, though like Rogue, things can be disasterous if he didn't know on what to do with the copied powers.

In any kind of fight, there are several things to consider. One is what kind of offensive capability you have, and another is what kind of defensive capability you have. Let’s look at offense first.

Clark has heat vision (ranged attack) super breath (ranged attack) and super strength (hand-to-hand attack).
Peter has telekinesis as a ranged attack and that seems to be it. Also, I don’t know if it is as strong as Clark’s strength. It could be a surprise if it has no visible special effects.
Neo has great telekinesis (ranged) and strength (hand-to-hand) but we don’t know how strong his TK compares to Peter’s. Also, we don’t know if Neo can fly and use his TK on something else simultaneously.

Look at defense:
Clark is superfast and can fly. He can avoid being hit by most attacks.
Peter can go inivisble and fly. But we do not know if Clark can see him while he is invisible with x ray vision or with heat vision. Heat vision is sometimes used as ‘infra-red vision’, that is, night vision. Peter’s time manipulation may serve as a degree of super speed.
Neo can fly super fast.

Other defense related abilities:
Clark is invulnerable. That means he doesn’t get hurt.
Peter can recover from being hurt, but would either Clark or Neo give him the opportunity to recover?
(I am assuming this is a death fight, never mind that Clark would not ordinarily kill anybody.)
Neo can be cut, can bleed, is not totally invulnerable. He is still human.

Wildcard abilities:

With telepathy, Peter would have an edge over the others. Also, with his ability to copy others’powers, Peter has something neither of the others have. Neo is human, Peter can copy Neo’s abilities. (We will assume that Neo’s powers operate independently of the matrix for this.) However, Peter cannot copy Clark’s powers. Peter’s ability to copy powers is based on his being able to alter his own DNA to match theirs (the section of DNA strand shown as a symbol, part of a helix with several bases connected.) Clark does not have human DNA.

I think that Peter and Clark would each hurt Neo and he would be unable to stand against both of them. Either Peter or Clark might hold back, waiting to see how tough their new (unfamiliar) opponents were. They might figure, “Let’s see which of them wastes the other and how weak he is afterward.”

There are several things that could go differently.

If Peter uses his time manipulation powers to speed up his healing to the point where it is instant (like Wolverine’s when he lost his admantium) then it is almost as good as invulnerability. Otherwise, Clark could just KO him, and bury him under enough wet cement that he would not be able to get out after he healed.

If Peter is able to copy Clark’s DNA, it is a whole new ball game. It could enable him to beat Clark. Or it might backfire. Remember how Sylar started to get migraine headaches after killing the woman for her power of super hearing? The same thing could happen to Peter. If he got a migraine in the middle of the fight, then the others could wipe him out. If he accidentally got x ray vision and turned it on without realizing it, he might think that the others were invisible!

So, I’m sorry, but this is a great fight. It could go either way and I am not certain. I can’t tie it down to a definite winner, because we don’t know whether Peter could copy Clark’s abilities or not. If they teamed up against Neo, he is done for. Any two of them teaming up could beat the third. I think that Clark is potentially the toughest, but Peter could be close when he learns how to use his powers to their fullest extent and copies Neo’s powers. I think Neo is the most limited of the three. Not that he is a weakling! But we don’t know if he can fly and use his TK at the same time, and that black outfit would be especially susceptible to soaking up heat (vision.)

peter would be the last to win because the others are use to their abilities and know how to use them better

NEO is absolutely awesome, but clark might just beat him up unless it was "in the matrix", then neo would kick his butt lol
