Thats not that much...but if you feel so uncofortable with you self to say your a Fatty then mabye you should talk to a docter or trainer at a local gym- i wouldent sweat it to much. You are probally still growing taller so this will stretch out your stomach.

The first step is taking pride in your appearance. If you are uncomfortable with your weight, seek help. You are too young to be doing it on your own.
However, 120# at 5'4" isn't that "fat". You probably have some problem areas (like most of us girls.....) but then that's the area you focus on.
Eating habits and exercise (not necessarily in a gym) are keys to good health. And that goes for someone who is 100lbs to someone who is 200lbs.

huni....i weighed 180 when i was 14.......i didn't do a single thing...
and when i turned 17, i weighted 113.....ur perfect! i only wish i had ur body when i was i 13. But, ur at the age when u will think. i mean, if that guys thinks ur fat, then **** him! Cause i know for a fact that there are millions of girls in this world who wish they were u right now. Be happy! Have fun!

That's not fat at all! Your problem isn't with your weight necessarily but with self esteem. Your weight is healthy, there shouldn't be a reason that you think that that's heavy at all. Talk to your school counselor and/or your doctor can help you with your problem. If you gain more confidence in yourself then your problem with your weight will solve automatically.

wait...why do you think you are a fatty?
the weight tables say that a 5 foot girl should weight 95#. for each additional inch, add 5 pounds. That should put you at 115.
then add 10% as a fudge factor as not everyone that is 5'4" weighs 115, so that puts you at 126.5#
WOW that make you underweight...you need to eat more...

You just posted this so people would go OMGZ YOU'RE NOT FAT! I don't know, I can't see you. If you think you're fat, eat healthy foods and exercise 30 minutes a day, and quit sitting on your butt whining about it online.

Please! I'm 5'2'' and I weigh 115 lbs! Worrying about your weight makes you fatter...go for a walk every morning/evening, eat healthy, and drink lots of water. Be comfortable with yourself and that guy will notice that instead. If you fret about your weight all the time, he WILL turn you down!

Its never late to take positive steps. You are in your early teen only. Stop eating too much at one time. Take little food at a time. Do brisk walking in the early morning before sunrise. I know it is hard but this is the only way.

You are what you think you are ....if you think you are stupid then you are...if you think you are fat then you are. If you honestly wish to get healthier......try yoga because you need a healthy mind and healthy body to have a healthy life. Work on your self image too.
Do it not for the guy ...do it for your self ...a little bit of exercise is good for every one.....if you think you want to do it ....do it ....not just one day....but every day. Eat healthy food ...a lot of green vegetables and fruits.
