Sure is, if you are running windows XP, you can do a remote desktop application. Also, if you just want to be able to access files on the other comp, and they are broadband just run the network setup wizard. I have my wireless laptop and desktop connected and they share the same printer. Just goto control panel and run the setup wizard and follow the instructions its pretty straight forward. and then you have to click on the files you want to share..like my music for instance. right click on it and select sharing and security. and then click..share this folder. then click on my network places and the folder should show up.
