Superman without a doubt.
My face is Batman because he is a human being like the rest of us.

Morally Superman wins because his only objective is to serve justice whereas Batman is a vigilant who seeks revenge. Physically because although batman has plenty of gadgets, SUPERman is SUPERIOR in mind, body, and strength. All it takes is for Batman's batteries to fade out at a crucial moment or a wardrobe malfunction and he is f---! No matter if Superman is on a planet made of kyptonite, he always manages to beat it's poisonous power.

Batman would win. Although Superman has super-powers and could destroy Batman with any one of them, in the end Batman is smarter. He would find out what Superman's weakness was and then use Kryptonite on him. All Superman has going for him is that he has powers. Hit him with Kryptonite and keep him from the Sun, you have a very sad Kal-el.

Superman all the way. Something strange about a batman, living in the dark, helphing society, sounds to politically wicked to me. Yes Superman all the way, an average human, empowered by the blessing or natural events of the UNIVERSE! Doesn't that sound more human?

Batman. Because he's the Batman. He is the pinnacle of human achievement. Superman is just the remnants of a civilization too stupid to notice their planet was kerploding. Also Batman has access to all kinds of kryptonite.

Batman. Batman carries around a sliver of kryptonite in a lead-lined compartment in his utility belt. Superman could kill him with his heat vision before he could whip out the kryptonite, but he won't because he's Superman.

sry to everyone who said batman but superman would win.superman has powers everybody else dreams.hes made of steel nothing can beat steel sry. i would like to see batman try to fight superman WITHOUT kryptonite ahha poor batman hell get beaten within seconds.
