Chicago has a big craigslist community I'd try that

Cell phones aren't too big of resell item. You can buy them so cheap now, you could never get the kind of money back that you paid new for it. I read that most people get a new cell phone about once a year. But, I hope you will prove me wrong and get what you want for yours. Good Luck

you should just sell it on ebay, you will get the highest price you can
