Your question is confusing.

Nouns that end with -y preceded by a consonant end with -ies when written in plural form.

parties
supplies
anchovies
stories

Some other plural nouns also end in -ies

cookies
movies

Verb forms in third person singular, present tense may also end that way:

John carries things in a basket.
Simon worries too much.

Several proper nouns end with -s:

Charles
Jesus

So do a number of common nouns:

glass
class
bus

Most nouns end with -s. Third person singular verbs in the present tense end with -s.
