What are you talking about. It looks like your started mid-sentence. I need to know what size tank, what kind of fish, and what other fish is with it. Also, I need to know what is wrong with the fish, a red cot on her belly really doesn't tell me much here.

I don't really understand the question, But whatever it is, it's more than likely caused by dirty water. Do lots of water changes. If it's a fish with scales, such as a goldfish, you can add aquarium salt to the water to help whatever it is.
