Watch over my loved ones yes but when they needed privacy I'd find other ways to amuse myself. After all, I'm a ghost.

To watch a baby take its first step when no one else is watching, to see the old couple cuddled up on the couch talking about the good life they've shared, to witness the doctor holding a person's heart in their hand while they are repairing it, to witness birth, to share the depth of love one person has for another, to watch the face of someone whose witnessed the first snowflake on their face, to see the awe in a person who finally realizes God is listening, to sit quietly with someone who is grieving, to watch someone take their last breath and then take their hand and slowly walk away to a new life.....

yes. i'm not a ghost and i love to people watch. i love to watch obese people eat at restaurants and then get mad when they get their huge bill. they act surprised. it is so funny.

I would watch interesting people. I don't necessarily mean "important" people, but people that I am interested in.
I would also take the time to haunt those that have wronged me.

no i would haunt them though... I wouldn't watch though. I'm never one for sitting and watching. I don't imagine that would change if i died.
