no ones for sure but i would say that Brady Quinn is, he did pretty good at the NFL combine and said that his goal is to be taken with the first pick in the NFL, hes been a good qb for Notre Dame for 3 years now and last year could have entered the NFL draft and easily been a first round pick..but he desided to stay for his senior year so that this year in the draft he would go higher..which i think was a smart choise..if i had to say i would say that Brady Quinn is the top QB prospect in the draft

Love or hate Notre Dame..Brady Quinn is the most NFL-ready QB in the draft...he has the most physical skill of them all. But he will be looked down on because he could never win the big game. Conversely, JaMarcus Russell has a few good games at the end of the season, can throw a ball 70 yards, big deal..he is also a fat-***..Let me ask you this, if you were the Raiders, Browns, Bucs, whoever, and you need a QB to step in right now..which one are you going to take..I'm taking Quinn

First off, in regards to the first post, I don't believe Quinn participated in the combine. I might be mistaken though. I think Russell is the best QB in the draft this year. He's Tall and Strong, but most of all he has a strong and accurate arm. All Quinn did was throw the ball in the air around Samardjia (sp) and he went and caught it. Russell will be a better player in the NFL.

i have to say that the top is jamarcus russell. he is big. strong and a overall great ball player. his arm strength is unmatched. (i hear 84 yards standing. and that he can throw it through the uprights from the 50 yard line). he is mobile for a big guy. and can take the hits from opposing defenders. he throws the ball like bret farve in the since that it comes out like a rocket and he has the ability to fit it between the defenders. he didnt run at the combine so his stock is standing kinda shaky since he did look a little heavy but in the end. he will go number one in the draft.

brady quinn is a close second. he has all the natural gifts. size. speed. great mobility and arm strength. there are times where he makes some mental mistakes with down field reads but. overall sits just behind jamarcus russell.

Russell is #1 on most experts boards. A lot of the best QB's were all but overlooked on draft day including Tom Brady, Brett Farve and Tony Romo.

Brady Quinn is for me the better prospect QB out there. Russell is good, but Quinn played against better defense teams. In a couple of years Quinn will have better numbers in the NFL than Russell i'll bet you.

Anyone EXCEPT Brady Quinn. He looks like a classic overrated Eli Manning type.

JaMarcus Russell will go first, but there are several possibly good steals out there. Get receivers this draft early.

J'Marcus Russel and Brady Quinn....both in my opinion are over rated! If I had the first pick I would draft either Calvin Johnson, Adrian Peterson, or even Joe Thomas!

Tim Tebow from Florida (assuming he delcares early for the draft). the right senior in all possibility is Chase Daniel from Missouri. different seniors to observe incorporate Chase Holbrook (New Mexico State), Cullen Harper (Clemson), Todd Boeckman (Ohio State) and Hunter Cantwell (Louisville.) applicable underclassmen besides Tebow would incorporate Mark Sanchez (USC) and Nate Davis (Ball State).
