i think they'll end up with marshawn lynch, the rb from cal...he is almost as talented as adrian peterson, and the packers have been openly considering him as their top option for a while now...with ahman green likely to leave in free agency, there will be a big hole at that position and the pack would like to have a long-term solution for the position, and hope that lynch will be that guy

The Packer will choose RB Marshawn Lynch of California with the 16th pick. The Pack wants a back and it is noted they prefer Lynch to the other options that will be available when they draft. Lynch will be a good fit with the Packers as led the PAC 10 conference with 1356 rushing yards (104.3 yds a game) and 11 TDs in 2006. He was named All American and All PAC 10 first team and was the PAC 10 Player of the Year. He has great quickness and good cutback ability. Could be a star in the making. The Pack won't go wrong picking this guy!

The Packers will take Marshawn Lynch, if the Packers re-sign Ahman Green and have Marshawn Lynch it will be like Corey Dillion and Laurence Maroney from the Patriots.

I guess it depends what Ahman Green does. If he leaves, MarShawn Lynch is the best option at 16. If he stays, I can see no problems with Reggie Williams from Florida providing he's still available. Marquand Manuel needs to go.

I'm not sure to be honest although i doubt lynch will be there @ 16 regardless of what green bay wants to do. GB might go receiver except now i'm hearing moss might be headed over there. the OL is solid with the rookies really stepping up last year. seems to me that GB's best bet is a huge DT. I don't know who they could end up with but that would be my thought.. huge space eating DT not unlike gilbert brown.
