yeah all of you guys have good answers and everything and i also think that yeah he will well possibly will play again. but he damages so much stuff do you honestly think after one surgery that his whole knee will be fixed. I'm assuming and many others probably could to that is we do not know how many problems he might have after the surgery also. that means him playing and then the problems start popping up and means more surgery. it gets frustrating i would know. but now lets say he does come back what do you think his mental mind state will be when he steps onto the court. yeah he will be able 2play but you all saw how bad that looked and how much pain he will be in. when i dislocated my knee(not that bad obviously) all i was thinkin about when i stepped on that court was "what if that happens again" its something that gets into your mind. with that being said its gunna be hard already him knowing that this injury is gunna make him not the same as he used 2 and the fact of something like that happening again. but if all does go good..he definitely wont develop into what he would of if this injury didn't happen

It's scary how badly you can get hurt on a conventional play like that one. I think that Shawn may be able to recover by the 08-09 season, and maybe this injury will drive him to become a better player to re-earn a spot in the NBA. He will definately be in the nba though because he so much talent, but he will not be as athletic. We wonder what has happened to Jay Williams. He got injured from a stupid motorcycle accident, and he hasn't returned to the NBA yet, and may never again. I broke my arm really badly and now I shoot right handed because of that. I probabily am a better left handed shooter now than what I couldv'e been with my right hand, so this injury might help Shawn in some ways also. Hopefully Shawn will be able to return.

Any team that signs and indicators shaun livingston may well be taking a extensive possibility, the Lakers are no longer the only team drawn to shaun. quite a few different communities have been reported, as recently as at present the squaddies have been rumored to have invited him to artwork out for them to fill the void that monta will bypass away. nonetheless there is one extensive! upisde looking on how he comes back from that severe harm if solid; communities ought to discover themselves with a very solid participant he grow to be taken 4th ordinary and grow to be in basic terms convalescing greater desirable than greater with each and each passing 12 months till now that unfavorable harm. At this factor i do no longer care anymore as a Lakers fan i've got come to phrases that the suited loose brokers are long previous. and that the lakers in basic terms undertaking is to fill the remaing spots they have open.

i think so, but it will obviously not be this season and probably not next...and it's hard to believe that he will be quite as effective as he was after a horrifying injury like that...i hope he has a full recovery, he had such a bright future and it certainly dimmed with this catastrophic injury
