well simply because they like to wear baggy pants but don;t want there pants to be dragging so they tie rubberbands to it. Folding it always either comes off and you always have to redo it , and most guys are lasy so instead they just tie it up with a rubberband and their good to go. Hope that helped you out =]

Hahha. My friends do it all the time and so do I, I do it because I like it when people see my ankles or my shoes? Cause if your pants are to long no one can see any of that.

they are too lazy to fold them up or sew them to their size, so they just snap a rubber band on them to hold them up.. MEN!!

they do that because their jeans are too long and don't want it to touch the floor cause it'll get ruined... i do it too =D
