Marilyn Monroe. Marilyn was original, and Anna Nicole tried too hard to imitate her, and this was her only identity. Marilyn had her faults, but she was not an ex-stripper and was not drugged out of her head when she appeared in public. She was genuinely funny, and I loved to watch her in the movies she was in. Anna wasn't really talented and was known only for her bizarre lifestyle. Marilyn always seemed so soft and lovely, and Anna Nicole seemed hard and determined to get what someone else had. Sad that Anna Nicole's death turned into a circus such as her life was. Friday she will be laid to rest at last.

The original is most always better than the imitator. Marilyn Monroe was a beautiful woman, but just like Anna, she had plenty of troubles and issues. Today's society relishes celebrity troubles, so that's what gets talked about. Back in Marilyn's day, things were more often swept under the carpet. Who really knows what Marilyn was like.
For the record, I thought Anna was very beautiful too.

Marylin Monroe, she was real, it was not drugs or an act. Anna Nicole was trying to be something she was not. She had to take drugs to feel like the person(Marilyn) she wanted to be. Poor Anna she was a beautiful georgous woman too but she was messed up in the head!!! She was even prettier without all the makeup! If she had only been herself she probably would have been happier within herself & more successful and the drugs may not have controlled her!
