I hope so. I liked the Simpsons a lot for the first eight or so seasons, but then the writing fell off.
I liked the South Park movie and thought it was hysterically funny that "Blame Canada" was nominated for Best Song. And then watching Robin Williams sing it on the Oscar show -- HA!

South Park and the Simpsons kind of come from two different angles. I'm not real a fan of either but I watched the South Park flick. I thought it had plenty of "teenage" humor, which is fine if you're in the mood for it. Simpsons I'd expect to be a better overall quality.

Most definitely, Simpson's humor is good for all ages, south-park is more a teenage thing. Don't get me wrong, i love SP, but Ive been a fan of the Simpson's since they first aired.

I don't think it can be. We might see Homer swear for the first time, but considering the musical aspects of South Park, and Satan/Saddam homosexual relationship, I just don't think they can do it.
