plenty of rh sensitized women have healthy babies. others can have complicated pregnancies. you just need an experienced OB MD to manage your future pregnancies and follow the antibody levels

i haven't heard of it because the antibodies in your system will treat the baby as an intruder and attack it. you might want to look into why you have so many antibodies built up. i'm RH- also and when i went to deliver my son, the hospital tested me and told me that i was RH+ and refused to give me the rhogam. i basically had to threaten to sue their butts if anything happened to my future children. if you delivered a child and were never given rhogam, you could have a case.
