It's definitely unethical, if not illegal (rape). You'll probably be in trouble criminally; if not, she probably has a legal guardian and I hope they sue your as)s in civil court and take all your money for her care and child support of the foster child.
You can't force someone to get an abortion and the legal guardian will have the say-so, not you, so sorry, you are out of luck !

When you decided to have sex with her...did you get her permission? Was this consentual? Are you the only one she's had sex with? WHY would you do that, anyway, and why wouldn't you use protection!? Gees, dude! There's nothing you can do about her pregnancy unless SHE wants to do something. If she wants to have the baby, you're SOL, OR....I hope you're happy about becoming a new daddy.
It's just as it would be with any girl. She decides if you can use her body, and if she didn't decide for herself, or if she were taken advantage of...then you are guilty of rape.
