were having a meeting tomorrow and it's not the first time discussing who is responsible for what, I do 90 % of the job while my co worker only does 10% and according to my boss he's such a hardworker? I want to bring out the fact that he dosen't work and ask what his or her responsibilies are in a professional matter...PLEASE HELP! oh yeah The lazy person's relative works in HR.

Its amazing how stupid managers can be, that up front. What I would do is provided verifiable numbers showing how much work you put out versus the slug. You have to be matter-of-fact and not rant and rave. By friendly and detached. I'd come up with a presentation and practice it. Good luck... let us know how it goes!
