One of the easiest ways is to download a free version of Opera, an email client and web browser. Go to opera.com for more details.

Once you have that, do your browsing in opera. Find something you like, then highlight the text and right click to send it to the built in email client. After that just send it to the email address of your choice. The email client is good too for organizing your email and setting up filters to locate certain topics. A lot like google mail in that regard.

Sea Monkey is another suite of web applications. It is put out by the same open source loving people at Mozilla.org, the same people who put out Firefox and Thunderbird.

Within Sea Monkey you can do the same things I described above. Browse in the application and send email from the email client. Sea Monkey will also allow you to send the entire page, unlike Opera. Click the 'file' button and choose the option to send the webpage as either a link or as a page. The email client, however, is not as versatile as Opera's at organizing your email at this time.

Good luck
