Treatment
Vaginal estrogen therapy
If vaginal dryness is due to a lack of adequate estrogen and if self-care measures don't correct the problem, vaginal estrogen therapy may be helpful. Vaginal estrogen therapy comes in several forms:
Vaginal estrogen cream (Estrace, Premarin, others). You insert this cream directly into your vagina with an applicator, usually at bedtime. Your doctor will let you know how much cream to use and how often to insert it, generally two or three times a week.
Vaginal estrogen ring (Estring). A soft, flexible ring is inserted into the upper part of the vagina by you or your doctor. The ring releases a consistent dose of estrogen while in place, and needs to be replaced about every three months.
Vaginal estrogen tablet (Vagifem). You use a disposable applicator to place a vaginal estrogen tablet in your vagina. Your doctor will let you know how often to insert the tablet, usually twice a week.
If vaginal dryness is associated with other symptoms of menopause, such as moderate or severe hot flashes, your doctor may suggest estrogen pills, patches, gel or a higher dose estrogen ring. Talk to your doctor to decide if estrogen treatment is an option and, if so, which type is best for you.

I dont know the causes.. but i can give u a good substitute for lubricant...
Ask ur guy to go down on you...u will enjoy it & will get sufficient lubrication naturally...both saliva & the arousal will cause i to get more wet...

Make sure to drink plenty of water before hand. If you're at all dehydrated you won't get wet. But let me tell you, I'm only 30 and I always use lube, it feels better than anything I produce on my own and last longer. Don't be embarrassed, guys don't care.

I sympathize with you completely. I am 32 as well and I have had the same problem for years. The only thing I can figure out, at least for myself is that it's due to problems I have with depression...it probably affects my hormones as it does seem to affect alot of aspects of my health. I hate always having to have KY on hand too...

I have always had that problem too.
The only thing you can do is use lubricant. The best one is Astroglide.
No need to be embarrassed. You're normal.
I'm 44.

You may want to have your doctor check your hormone levels...sometimes stress or other factors can cause a small change in your chemistry that have a big impact on your sex life. Also, changes in hormones at such a young age can be pre-cursors to other health issues...
