Because no one who cooks and eats fried fruit bat at fiesta's and then feeds it to poor hapless visiting Airmen , should be allowed to vote for President.

And yes, my friends grandmother did feed me fried fruit bat at their family fiesta in Yego. but I forgave her, after she kept loading my plate all day............ lol

Guam does count as well as places like all other possession of the U.S.. They just do not show up as important. What I think is these possession need to become states and get off the dole.

Guam is a commonwealth or territory just like puerto rico they are not able to vote for president
