Excuse you? BA in Psychology is not "worthless", you can be a Social Worker, much needed these days. You go from a PhD. to BA, you forgot about MA, which can get you a great deal that is interesting; a counselor, a supervisor of a Social program, etc.
A "C" in Chemistry is not doing well and high school is not what college is, college is much more difficult.
You seem to be too wrapped up in the salary. You don't pick a major based on that at all. A major is chosen by your likes, skill in the subject and eventually figure out how to put that to work for humankind (to create a better world). When you only think of yourself and the $$$, you will be very disappointed with your life.

What about neuroscience (you might not have neuroscience as an undergrad major at your university)? It's a mix of biology, chemistry, and psychology...and it's a VERY up and coming field. Alright, I'm biased...I'm getting a PhD in it. Neuroscience majors study addiction and psychological disorders, as well.
Umm...well you could also look into biological anthropology...it's alot of genetics and evolution stuff. It might not be for you..and you do have to continue in school to make a living.
If you don't plan to go on to graduate school, biology is a good major that you can do alot with...along with nursing...and computer science. Or what about engineering? Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical engineering...always in demand.
Don't do accounting...EVERYONE is in business and accounting now. Find a major on the verge of being big. Like biotechnology or something.
By the way, smart choice on dropping the chemistry major (even though it has the best earning power of all the ones you have listed- I know a chemist with a BS in Chem who makes 120k a year in industry--these are the folks who help make drugs and such)...chem 101 is NOTHING compared to organic chemistry. Ochem can make big boys cry...I've seen it.
Those are just a few of the top of my head! Experience speaks louder than any amount of testing and class room time...go to an internship this summer, like someone else suggested. Good luck!

Addiction and Psychology, you would have to get your PhDs to do anything.
Accounting is good, very lucrative and you can start working with just a Bachelors Degree. But you will have to get your CPA Certification and state license which takes at least 3 years of work experience and a very rigorous 2 day four part test. But you can easily make well over $100k if you are good at what you do.
Really you can't do much with a Bachelors in Chemistry. My friend had her B.S. in Chemistry and ended up as a lab tech in a contact lens manufacturer. She finally ended up getting her PhD in Chemistry. Now does research for a University on nanotubes. She doesn't make much money since she works in academia. She would make at least twice as much in the private sector but she says she is happy where she is at right now.

If you are still pondering over 4 or more majors, I'm not that certain you should choose your major yet. I strongly recommend that you go to your local university testing center, and explain your dilemma. There are a variety of tests to find out what your true PASSION is.
Also, visit the businesses that hire your top four choices. Ask these people if you can "shadow" them for a day or two so you can sum up their experiences as overall "good" or terribly "wretched!"

If you like helping people I would suggest a degree in Social Work. However, while the pay is okay, it certainly doesn't pay "well"
Try a guidance counselor?
