Where can i find some bright, crazy, wild tights? I haven't been able to locate any in K-mart or online at walmart or walgreens.
(prefferably somewhere that has a lot of chain stores)

I'm not using them towear with normal clothes, i'm wearing them as drag during warmups for a swim-meet and i want some cute ones (if you aren't a swimmer it sounds wierd, but its fun to see who has the craziest ones)

Hey! Cool idea! We used to use our old team suits that were all rotted out from the chlorine and then tie action figures to the strings (like little smurfs and those little military figurines) But I guess they probably don't use chlorine anymore...
Anyway, have you looked at Hot Topic or Spencer's? Both of those chain stores have stuff like that.
Otherwise, make a quick stop at your local costume shop. They usually have every color and size not to mention a good price for something that you will eventually have to throw out.

The Americans are copying the Europeans. I know this because I live close to Milan, Italy and went there the other day and they are everywhere and now your seeing them in the States. I don't think they're that cool but maybe you can find them at "hot topic"
