I don't agree with your assumption that FDR was an A president. I think he was an unabashed Socialist and now a mere sixty years later his socialist programs are collapsing under their own weight. The best example of this is Social Security. But to answer your question about Bush, I give him an F

What are your grading standards? Why did FDR deserve an A? Where do you rate Teddy Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, John Adams, Jimmy Carter? You are obviously are partisan hack looking for other bush bashers like yourself. You are not searching for serious answers.

FDR round up people after Pearl Harbor and put them in camps.
Bush didn't
FDR censor all in coming and out going mail from the US Bush didn't.
FDR didn't take this country out of the depression but the war did.
FDR took this nation from reallying on each other to depending on the government.
Those who question FDR were put in jail.
FDR was found dead in the arms of a woman he was having an affair with at the time.
Bottom line FDR was as close as this nation had to having a dicator as we ever had.

Well he surely would not get an A, but it's really an applesv. oranges argument considering the different eras in which they both governed. I will say that FDR may have been the greatest, Dubya not so.
