A personification poem is one which gives inanimate objects human characteristics. So you need to think of objects which have human qualities.
You might try a house. It sighs. It's window shades may give a wink to passersby. You can give it feelings like joy when it is full with family at a holiday or a vacation cottage feeling useless when the vacation season is over.
Maybe you can see human characteristics in you computer: Does it gluzzle electricity? Is it argumentative? Does its hard drive whistle while it works? Does its modem screech while connecting. Does it shut down with a groan?
