in the u . s . a . you're able to be 18 to sign a settlement. that being mentioned, you coulld constantly pay finished value for the telephone and get provider for it, considering the fact which you pay forward, no longer in the back of so as that they are going to try this... yet, you wont have the skill to get a first rate telephone with the decrease value they provide for signing a settlement because of the fact they wont make it easier to sign the settlement... unfortunatly, the regulation in the u . s . a . says that a settlement with everybody decrease than the age of 18 is seen a 'Voidable' settlement. which skill that at any time you could replace your recommendations (till you're 18 it incredibly is) and there is no longer something the organisation can do approximately it. you will have the skill to get one decrease than your very own call if one (or the two) mom and dad co-sign for it... i'd propose you communicate with a cellular telephone organisation it incredibly is close to the place you reside... good success!

probably 18. if you can't get on a family plan of some sort, then get a prepaid phone. target has a bunch of phones you just buy and pay as you go. but you're gonna need a bank acct or credit card to buy minutes, and you can't get a credit card till yr 18.

18 unless an adult will cosign for you.
any age if you get pay as you go.
I know this because I was 16 when I got my first cell and I had to get pay as you go because of my age.
