Bascially all you can do is delete and DON'T open their emails. That will only make things worse. You can try to block their addresses, but that really won't do much good because they have so many email addresses.

Change your email address. Most ISPs give you multiple accounts. Never give your main email address to anyone an use one of the others for your email. Change it every time you start getting a lot of spam. This will only work for a little while however. Another must do is avoid web bugs. They are picture files that let the sender know that you saw their email. Outlook Express and Outlook now have options to basically read email as text which keeps the spammers from getting paid. Also, never purchase anything from any company that sends you spam. Finally don't click the button to be removed from the spammer's list. If you do that you will get even more spam.

When I am in my Yahoo mail there is a box at the top that says, "SPAM" I check the box left of the message from the sender I do not want to get mail from and then hit the "SPAM" box at the top and it gets rid of that message and will stop all messages coming from that address as SPAM! Works for me!

legally, spamsenders are to include an opt out option in the mails they send, click on that to opt out or sometimes they require you to send a blank message to a designated email address

if none of these exists, report them to the authorities, lately the authorities are clamping down on spamsenders
