Yes...however because shorts are by definition casual..I would make sure the heels also looked casual. So I think the short shorts would go great with high heeled sandals, open-toed and pick-a-book shoes. I would not wear a pump or stiletto with the short shorts. They are more dressy shoes and might be awkard to pull it off with your casual outfit!

In the early 70s they were called "hot pants"; hot pants were frequent worn under a long jacket. In the 80s, they became more casual and were called "Daisy Dukes" after a TV character of the same name.
It's been done before. So I suppose you could do it again but only in a casual setting. Don't wear such an outfit to school, work or church.

I think I'd give the heels a rest, and wear some wedges or espadrilles. Much more casual to go with short shorts.

If you got long legs heels. Short shorts only show off your legs so it looks like they are longer.
plus you will be taller with heels

I wouldn't wear them with short-shorts but on date nights with my hubby I wear 5" stilettos with micro mini skirts! He loves to see me in them and I have the confidence to wear them.

Yes, that would look hot. High heels make your legs look longer, much better than wearing flats. (As long as you have nice shapely legs)

IF YOUR GOING TO WEAR HEELS WITH SHORTS YOUR GONNA WANT TO LEAVE SOMETHING TO THE IMAGINATION SO I WOULD SUGGEST TO WEAR THE HIILS WITH A CUTE CLOSED SHIRT OR BLOUSE ONE THAT DOESN'T SHOW TO MUCH AND YOU SHOULD WEAR YOUR HAIR DOWN.
