My computer used to first go to the Hp blue logo screen, then a black screen and words that asked please select: Windows Media Center 2005 or Windows Recovery Console, but, after reformatting my computer, it dosen't show that black screen anymore....ideas?

well when you reformatted your computer.. you probably fixed one of the partitions on your computer... im not sure if that screen was coming up because of a software conflict... but if you reformatted it... it probably fixed it and will boot up the the normal operating system automatically

Hey Congrats! you have actually fixed a problem.
You should not get an option to chose from recovery console.... if you have different operating systems insatlled in your computer then it would have been fine (like Win XP/2000).
