A girl wearing heels and shorts looks like a hooker regardless of her height. Heels are not meant to be worn with shorts.

Absolutely not hon! I'm 5'8" and love wearing 1 inch inseam short-shorts with sandaled heels or slingbacks to the store or mall. I usually will wear a little a more covered top or tee to offset my outfit. If she has pretty legs she should show them off to everyone!

ANYONE in heels and shorts looks trashy to me. But that's just my opinion. In my other opinion, if you've got it, flaunt it, cuz you won't have it for long!

Depends on your age, where you are going and the style of the shorts and shoes. Short shorts and stilletos....no way. Regular shorts with wedges or similar could be cute.
