1. Yes. You have to pay for 360's online. It is very expensive, but Wii's internet is free.
2. Of course Wii supports online! What kind of 7th generation console would it be if it didn't have WiFi? Plus, Wii's is free.
Wii is your best bet if you wanna party. With the 360, all you do is sit in the chair and get fat and lazy, and with the Wii, you lose weight the fun way: while playing!! Plus, Wii has a ton of fun games, most multiplayer, like Mario Party 8, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Red Steel, Zelda Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Super Mario Galaxy (it even has Luigi in 2 player mode!) Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles 2, and many others! Please don't mistake me. In a contest between Wii, 360, and PS3, I would choose Wii as 1, 360 as 2, and I'd create my own console before switching to PS3. Do not get a PS3. It will break, and Sony is going bankrupt with the PS3 losses, and there will be no way to fix it if it breaks. Go with Wii this time. Later, maybe consider a 360.

Hrmmm....I believe if you buy the X-Box360, not just he core package but the whole thing then you get unlimited X-Box live Silver, and 1 month free of Gold. I dunno what extra stuff you'd have to buy with just a regular wireless router.
Wii does support online I believe in some cases, I don't know if you have to pay for online games, if there are any, I don't know much about the Wii.
The reason it's so difficult to choose, is because both of the systems are just so awesome >_> I remember I was having problems choosing, but then my friend said he was getting a 360 and we're getting an apartment in a year so I'm all set with that.
My best bet would be get the 360 first. More games to choose from, better graphics in most cases. And save up for a Wii -Shrug- That's just me

XBox 360 no doubt, it costs less and is easier to use than Nintendo Wii. Wii 's controller is flicted, and there was a confidential callback on their systems because of this problem. Purchasers were not notified because the Nintendo company would have to refund over $2.5 million dollars.

Ok....
Xbox 360: For ppl who like first person shooting games.. like Call of Duty 3 and Halo 3 which is coming out soon. Also, this system has more gory games with violence and this system has good graphics even though it cant catch up to the ps3.
Wii: For ppl who like to play adventure and strategy games like Legend of Zelda and WarioWare Smooth Moves. This system doesnt have great graphics but it has great nintendo games and new versions of old favorites like Super Smash. Not much violence cause most violence is animated.
Xbox 360 can play online with the wireless router but Wii cant.
I really dont know which is better either but its your choice and I hope you make a good decision. Both systems are fun to play.

With all three consoles there are pro's and con's that
go with them, the graphics of 360 and PS3 are far more
superior to wii but we has some of the maddest games
that will never be released on 360 and PS3..
X360 has a wireless adaptor but is sold separately, but an
Ethernet cable is supplied..I'm sure that all three consoles
you will have to pay online support fees...I own a 360
and I can tell you there's nothing super about it, The
graphics are very similar to the first xbox ,but the speed
in loading, game play are much faster..
You should save your penny's and buy the PS3 ,in the
long run the PS3 has almost the same games as 360,
motion sensitive controllers,blue-ray high def DVD and
it's a got a SH!T load of power ....

I'm telling you that you really should get the PS3. I have it, theres nothing wrong with it, I had it since christmas and no breakdowns and have played it for like 3 hrs straight. just get the intercooler and it will be perfect. Online gaming is free not like 360 when you have to pay. More memory space(WAY more)(60gb) It has a bluray player in it and that costs like 1000 dollars.
Personally I think that 600 is the perfect deal for a 60gb ps3 also 60gb has wireless connection ;-)
