I absolutely believe in lives on other planets. Im not so vain as to believe that we are it. Personally, I've never seen one, but I've never seen alot of things I believe in either :)

I can't say I BELIEVE but I think the probability of some form of life existing somewhere in the apparently infinite universe is pretty high. I've read things about scientists finding alien microbes on meteors so that would also suggest it's likely. But I doubt they look like they do on Star Trek.
**edit**
While I keep an open mind to stories of aliens here on earth I think they are unlikely. No offense to anyone who has seen one.

Yes, I was abducted by an unusual teardrop shapped craft in August of 2000. It was aout twenty feet in diameter and was covered in strange lights. The lights were unusual and indescribable. The craft had a long needle attached to it with a long wire that coiled down it that met at the tip that fired an unusual beam of light. The strange light beam was a color that i had never seen before and I doubt that I will ever see it again the color was indescribeable. The light beam burnt the grass before it expanded and then everything went black. When I awoke it was with a large thump onto the ground. I jumped to my feet and chased after the craft as it slowly moved away. However the faster I ran the faster it went and there was a bright flash of light and the craft bolted into the sky leaving a gigantic hole in the clouds like a window to the heavens.

Exist??? heck, our country is swarming with them.
Additional comment:
Sweetie, I was commenting on Illegal aliens living in America. I do believe in the possibility of extra-terrestrial life though. Consider how technologically we have advanced in the last 100 years. Imagine at the pace we are learning what will be possible in the next 1000 years. This is a "drop in the bucket" in astrological time. If another race of beings had a million year head start on their evolution, they could be more advanced than we could even imagine.
Some say the Bible even talks about aliens and spaceships from outer space.

Technically God is an alien. he did not originate on this planet.
He created the Universe with energy turned into mass and the big bang occurred. What could be a scarier alien than some invisible creature that is a spirit person who can manifest itsself into a human body at will. Leave the body and go else where.
(Revelation 12:7-12) 7 And war broke out in heaven: Mi´cha·el and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled 8 but it did not prevail, neither was a place found for them any longer in heaven. 9 So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come to pass the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ, because the accuser of our brothers has been hurled down, who accuses them day and night before our God! 11 And they conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their witnessing, and they did not love their souls even in the face of death. 12 On this account be glad, YOU heavens and YOU who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to YOU, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time.”
(Job 1:7) 7 Then the Lord said to Satan: “Where do you come from?” At that Satan answered God and said: “From roving about in the earth. . .
So if they are roving about in the earth and they are not from the earth they are aliens.
they had a war up there! Someone was thrown out.
In Job 38:7 The angels shouted in applause when the earth was made. So they were not on it and had to be somewhere prior to that time.

I think that are other life forms in the universe. I can't fathom God having created all of this and only our planet has life on it. Seems like a waste of time and space.

Absolutely. They won't necesarily be intelligent but to think that we are the only life in the entire universe is preposterous. Even from a biblical stand point it only says that we were created in gods image. Nowhere that I know of in the bible does it say that we are his only creation.
