And if you don't have kids, you can answer too - there must be SOME show that really annoys you so much you'd never allow it to taint your precious set!
I will never let my son watch "Barney" for example.

Oh believe me, he's seen Spongebob (bob-bob to him) ONLY ONCE, and he can spot that yellow sponge anywhere in the stores now! THAT is scary!

SPONGEBOB! BArney just gets a bad rap--atleast he is educational! That spongebob is ridiculous, always telling others stupid, idiots, just bad language for little kids to hear. Rude to others on it, not friendlike--bad things for kids to like & think is ok. Seriously Barney sings & teaches--yes annoying!!!!!!!! but cmon watch spongeebob!

I would never let my (non-existing) kids watch Teletbubbies or Sponge Bob because they are both mindless rubbish and you don't learn anything from it. I want intelligent kids, they can watch Dora and Zoboomofoo if they want.

My oldest was into Barney, my youngest into the Teletubbies.
I let them, but couldn't see the attraction myself.
Barney was much more educational than some of the others out there, but he annoyed the hell out of me.
The teletubbies were just plain stupid, but they made my baby laugh and smile, and it helped me get the chores done, so be it.

My, if I ever had kids, a children show I would never let them watch is Pokemon or any other anime monster show because it would just make them scared and confused. Just like what happened to me the majority of my childhood.
