the only way you be will able to replace it is a: by buying it off someone else b: going through insurance (if you have it) and paying the $110 deductible c: if you have the money and don't mind spending it, buying a prepaid sk3 for $350 and putting your sim in it or d: seeing if you are eligible for any type of discount (partial or full) by doing an upgrade (contract extension for either a year or two). the company does have a 1 yr warranty but it is only for manufacturer's defects (buttons sticking, no sound from speaker). good luck!

it depends on how new the phone is. tmobile covers u for up to 1 yr i believe but its not really for damages caused by you. my phones keypad came off and they exchanged it, it was a hassle b/c the 1st replacement was stolen in the mail, they had 2 send another one i finally got that. then saw my bill had a charge for the stolen one after they said they would be sure it was listed as stolen. it was a big headache! u may have to tell them something else happened to it so they will replace it for u but as long as its less than 1 yr old it is covered under the exchange program

Well.....it's your fault for laying over it and that's considered user fault.

You could try by telling them that you kept it in your pocket and then when you took it out to text someone a message. The screen suddenly was in different colors.

Don't tell them you layed on it.

usually the cell-phone companies don't cover LCD (screen) repairs, but if u have insurance or sumthing on it they will cover it, otherwise you'll probably have to pay to get it fixed
