....Some let you take the test but you cannot get results unless you sign up for things or make purchases. I had taken one on line years ago that was free inluding results but I cannot find it.

Would you feel more or less intelligent if some free test said you were?
Is your question better put "How are you smart?" rather than "How smart are you?"
It takes a lot of training and experience to answer both questions adequately.
You get what you pay for. Beware of free.
