It's difficult to make an average for 12 year olds, just because some have not even started puberty yet!
So rest assured, whatever you have is fine. I'm guessing it's at around 4 inches erect right now, but it's okay if it's smaller (I'm talking about hard sizes). For adult guys the average is 6 inches erect, with anything from 4 and 8 inches being the norm.
The soft size doesn't matter as long as you can pee with it. Some guys are "growers" where they look small when soft but grow a lot when hard, and others are "show-ers" when they look like they're big, but they don't grow much when hard.
Don't let your size worry you. It's how you use it that matters. :)

dude, unless you're entering a "How big is a twelve-year-old's penis contest" that shouldn't be anything to worry about...you have like six or seven years to reach your full potential, so be patient...if ur worried about it being small, or too big, lol, don't...not something you should be thinking about right now
