I would also like to ask the people who have played Resident Evil Four before if I have a long way to go before I beat the game. I'm currently at the part in the game where I fight this big thing that looks like a giant beetle. I have to get this elevator working, and when I do, I get locked inside of this gated area with him. He also comes through the vents with a long serrated tail, and you have to press left and right or X and O in order to avoid getting hit by him. Also, how can I defeat him? Does the Rocket Launcher work?

You are about one third of the way through the game. The rocket launcher only works if you have more than one shot. You can get him to follow you to power supply switch. Once there you get locked in with him and you have to use the nitrogen canisters to "freeze" him. they only slow him down. You can beat him only if you have the max upgrades on the shot gun and lots of ammo. You can fight him in different areas but the real fight is in the power supply area. If you have any of the special weapons use them. You can go to IGN and down load a walk through or by a walk through manual but repeatedly facing this guy is the only way to really learn how to beat him.

go google type in name of game (resident evil 4) then what you play on eg pc xbox etc then cheats or walk throughs.
