Well, it could be genetic. Cucumbers are for puffiness, cold potatos help cure dark undereye circles as do cold tea bags. And do not listen to hot gurrl, i've never heard of anyone putting red lipstick under their eyes. The only color that counteracts with the dark colors under your eyes is YELLOW. Physicians Formula (which can be found at wal-mart) actually sells a yellow undereye concealor stick, i'm pretty sure other popular brands do as well. It's imporatant not to rub it it, but to glide it across your dark circles, then take your index finger (and I say index finger because ring or middle finger may be too harsh) and tap it in lightly until it blends in. Then cover area with foundation. It's important that your undereye area is always one shade lighter than the rest of your face, so use a foundation one shade lighter for the undereye area.

Well, you can toss all the makeup, under-eye coverup and foundation away.
A beautiful Hawaiian woman once told my mother (and she passed it on to me) about how Hawaiian women take care of dark circles and undereye bags.
Each morning as she fixed her husband's breakfast, she took a bit of the raw egg white left inside the egg shell and applied it to her under eyes. This woman had no bags or dark circles which she said is natural for the olive-skinned Hawaiian women.
I have used it for years, it is tried and true. Leave it on until it is completely dry (you will feel the pulling sensation), then wipe off with a damp cloth. It's amazing.
Keep at it, it might take a week or two, then use every day after so they won't come back.

Well, to cover it up, rub a small amount of lipstick on the circles (the red pigments will counteract with the blue ones in dark eye circles), then cover with your regular foundation

ok, first-grate some cucumber w/ peel then add it to some plain yogurt and put it on your face like a face mask(its ok if it goes in or neer your eyes bcuz there r no chemicals). leave it on for about 30minutes to an hour(i know its a long time but its worth it). then wash it off. you may not see results on the first day but if you keep doing it your eye circles will go away in about a week.
